Which parts feel stable and well-framed?
Where do you see redundancy, overdesign, or confusion?
If someone new encountered this tomorrow, what would help them make sense of it?
Are the relationships between sections logical and useful?

2. Read Employee Engagement (Phase One Extension)

Employee Engagement is a new potential addition to Phase One.

3. Read Education and Economic Mobility (Phase One Extension)

This material will eventually live within Demographics.
